What gear are we in again? . . .

Don't mind the title much just seems like more often in not my projects go back as much as they go forward. Sometimes they seem to be going back more than forward.
Sometimes projects can be frustrating.

I've got an irish over dress project. Well it took me about a week to get the material. *grumble, grumble*
And it was a lot stiffer twill than I expected. And even after its been washed and dried its still quite stiff, and thicker than I expected. I just don't think I can make the Irish overdress out it. So I have to go and buy yet more fabric. Ugh.
I gotta tell you it really nibbles to seemingly keep losing money on projects. And its discouraging too.
I put all these work into things and in the end its like what do I have to show for it?
Doh well, thems the breaks sometimes.
Tomorrow I will probably go walmart hopping to see if they have 7 yards of navy twill I can use. So much for thinking about getting to go to dland.
Raven, if you're reading this, I'm afraid I won't have a 'Beatings will continue until morale improves shirt'. I haven't been to the park since I got mine. And even if I make it there in the next couple weeks I probably really couldn't afford it. Sorry sweetie.

We're nearing the convention that I volunteer at. And I have all these things going through my mind that need done. And of course my stuff is at the bottom of the list. I managed to squeak in a black gypsy blouse for myself. Although admittedly I took some short cuts that I wouldn't have if I was making it for someone else. But hey, I squeaked in where and how I could.

I need to sit down and look at my to do list and check the priority on things. Make sure that the things that need to be at the top of list are and get done.
Welp until later dream of velvet and pixiedust. . .

*hugs* Thanks hun.
Can be frustrating when projects seem to constantly backslide or like you aren't making progress.

Fortunately after much store hopping I did manage to find usable twill. Yay! . . . and the villagers rejoiced!

And thanks for picking up those bottles for Tavern props will be sure to let you know when they arrive. :)
That reminds me I need to raid my grandma's garden for cat nip. :)
I've already got the cat doll eyes prepped for going on the bottle, and am thinking about how/where to put the whiskers on the bottle.
It should be cute when all finished. :)

Thanks again. *hugs*
